Ugh so where do I start. This book had the makings to be a 5 or a 10 star with me. It had all the makings that I love in a book.

Mafia

Drugs

Gangs

Bad boys

Male on Male hotness

But it just….fell short…. I don’t know.

It was fast paced…. and then really slow…. then fast… then slow….

SometimeI wanted to just do a DNF. I will give it to the author though, she made me want to see this book right to the very end. I wanted to know if Seve was shady, if he lied.

I’m all for public sex. The thrill, yup love it, the drive of anything illicit makes the juices flow but these 2 took that BEYOND. I should have been horny, I should have been…..but…. I wasn’t.

I don’t know. I didn’t feel a connection between the 2 MC’s AT ALL. And I’m all about connection. I need to feel exactly what they feel in those moments and I didn’t.

It’s obviously me. That happens sometimes.
