Ugh writing this review depresses me.

I loved book 2. With my whole heart. It was such a great read to me. It had everything. It had chemistry and sexual tension and some angst. You could feel the connection.

Better Than Friends just didn't add up to the hype of book 1 & 2 which were both 4 & 5 star reads by me.

It was just so... Harlequin

And the self esteem issues. And the giggles. I just can't get passed grown men giggling. I don't even giggle.

And I felt 0 connection. I felt 0 chemistry. I felt 0 sexual tension.

2.5 stars cause I really liked Jack and the things that came out of his mouth.
Jack kept me from DNFing this book.
